Tumblers

Q: What’s your turnaround time?

A: Our typical turnaround time is 5 business days, but contact us for an exact schedule.

Q: Can I drop off something off at your shop and wait to have it engraved?

A: We aren’t able to accommodate drop-offs for engraving with immediate turnaround. Our engraving service is a side hustle, and we don’t have someone operating the laser engraver continuously. We recommend contacting us in advance to schedule a time to drop your item off and to pick it up. Our typical turnaround time is 5 business days.

Q: If I bring my own tumbler (YETI, Stanley, RTIC, etc.) can you engrave it and how much will it cost?

A: Yes! We can engrave on mugs and tumblers that you supply. The cost is $8 for a single design and $15 for a double-sided design. Make sure you supply a HIGH-QUALITY image or vector of the design you would like.

Q: What kind of designs can you do on the tumblers?

A: We can do things like custom logos, team logos, company logos, portrait photos, monograms, names, dates etc.

Q: Can you do logo’s in color?

A: Currently we do not. When a powder-coated tumbler is engraved it will leave the stainless showing in the background. When a stainless tumbler is engraved, the engraving is black.

Q: Are the designs that are lasered on the cups permanent?

A: Yes, with proper care of the tumbler.

Q: If I have an image, can you put it on a cup?

A: It depends on the image. The image needs to be high resolution. If it looks low quality to the eye, then it may not look good on a tumbler. The higher the resolution the better. What you see is what you get.

Q: Can you do a photo engraving on a tumbler?

A: Yes, only on stainless tumblers, not on powder-coated tumblers.

Q: What image formats will work?

A: For best results, a Vector file is preferred (.eps or .dwg). If those aren’t available, a PDF, PNG or JPEG will work.

Q: What does a Vector file look like?

A: Ex: Vectors have clean lines when zoomed in. Non vectors will have jagged lines.

Cutting Boards

Q: What kind of designs can you do on the cutting boards?

A: We can do things like photo portraits, custom logos, team logos, company logos, monograms, names, wedding dates etc. Nearly anything can be done if a high resolution image is issued.

Q: If I have an image, can you put it on a cutting board?

A: It depends on the image. The image needs to be high resolution. If it looks low quality to the eye, then it may not look good on a cutting board. The higher the resolution the better. What you see is what you get.

Q: What image formats will work?

A: For best results, a Vector file is preferred (.eps or .dwg). If those aren’t available, a PDF, PNG or JPEG will work.

Q: I already have a cutting board, can you engrave mine?

A: Yes, prices start at $20.

Q: How long is the wait time for a cutting board?

A: On average about 4-5 days. Per quantity, we will give you an estimated time. Trust us, we’re fast!

Q: How should I take care of my new engraved cutting board?

A: We suggest using the back of the board if you do any cutting on it.
